We put our burning questions to the people who put this issue together...

Health & fitness expert and celebrity trainer LAURA WILLIAMS devised our new 30-day diet plan, which can help you to lose up to a stone in a month.

Your greatest achievement? I've just completed a six-week stand up comedy course. I wanted to do a non-exercise challenge that would stretch me mentally and emotionally. It was great fun but I won't be giving up my day job just yet.

How do you reward yourself? By racking up points on my Boots Reward Card. I love make up and if I'd have discovered Barry M's waterproof eyeliner when I first started out in fitness, I could have saved myself a decade of raccoon eyes!

Fancy dress costume of choice? Lara Croft – I love the idea of leaping over ravines in a pair of hotpants! For a brief time I could feel like Lara – someone unfazed by assembling Ikea bookshelves without the help of a significant other.

Dream dinner guest? John Terry - my one and only celebrity crush.
