"...I work out three times a week with my trainer Laura Williams. We jog round Regent’s Park near my home in London and do squats and sit-ups – she's great at motivating me to carry on. It's easier in the summer, too, as the good weather encourages you to get outside. And once you’ve lost weight you can slip into some slinky clothes too!"
