10 Cranky Questions Women Ask About Their Body

We asked for your most annoying diet and shape-up issues, and then called in a team of health and fitness experts to help you solve them.

Q. WHEN I START WORKING OUT, I PUT ON WEIGHT, SO I'M TEMPTED TO STOP. WHAT'S GOING ON?

"The danger is that you may eat more but 20 minutes on the treadmill only actually burns off two HobNobs! So do lots of different types of exercise to keep your metabolic rate revved up," Williams adds.
