Spring sunshine can engender panic as we realise how skimpy clothes will soon subject our bodies to the unforgiving light of good weather – but this year could be different. Peta Bee learns from personal fitness trainer Laura Williams how to look toned in a two-piece
The key to summer confidence is to address the parts of your body which are on display in a bikini, says Laura, who runs personal training company Future Perfect in London’s Docklands. “Obvious areas are the arms, legs, bottom and stomach, which can all be toned with a few simple exercises”, she says. “Stars who expect to be photographed in a bikini will probably spend about two months getting into shape and these eight exercises will do the same for you”. Laura recommends a 30-minute workout two or three times a week for at least four weeks to achieve optimum results.
