Q. “When I know that I look good, or if I’m having a thin day, I always feel so much better about myself, but this doesn’t happen often enough. How can I make myself feel like this all the time?”
A. Make exercise a priority. Working out regularly will help to tone you up, and the rush of feel-good endorphins you’ll get afterwards will boost your mood. The key is to find an activity you enjoy. If you hate the gym, take your workout outdoors – being in the fresh air will give you a further boost.” LW
