Bicycles made for broods
For guilt-free exercise, take a toddler out in tandem.
According to personal trainer and fitness expert Laura Williams, "Cycling works your thigh and buttock muscles as well as those muscles that help you balance – in your lower back and abdomen – so it's a great way to get in shape after you've had a child." Plus there is a positive effect on the whole family, "Children love copying their parents so the earlier you introduce them to physical exercise and outdoor activities the better," says Williams.
