Fern’s secret fitness trick
The down-to-earth star surprised us all last year when she dropped three dress sizes, cycling almost every day in the area around her home.
Personal trainer Laura Williams tells Woman why Fern’s new routine has doen wonders for her fitness as well as her figure. "As well as dropping a lot of weight from all over her body, Fern's vastly improved her muscle tone, which shows she's been working on the exercise. Cycling really tones up the thighs and bottom and also helps to shift fat from all over the body. Her muscle tone has improved from head to toe – even the tops of her arms look more defined. Aerobic exercise such as cycling also works on blood flow, and it's had an obvious effect on Fern – her skin is positively glowing these days."
