Beat the body clock

Our panel of experts has put together a brilliant guide on what to do to get a younger body.

Boobs
Starts ageing: Mid-30s
What to do: Personal trainer Laura Williams says, “You can tone your boobs by working your pectoral muscles. Lie on your back with your arms straight out in front of you, then bring them out to the sides in an arc, keeping a slight bend in the elbow. Making your pectoral muscles stronger will support boobs and make them look perkier.”

Tummy
Starts ageing: Mid-30s
What to do: Laura says, “To tone a tummy put your fingers on each side of your belly on your hips and draw them in while pulling your belly towards your spine as you breathe in.”

Thighs
Starts ageing: 30
Laura Williams says: “Sit in a chair, put a cushion between your knees and squeeze for 10 seconds. Hold for 10 seconds while clenching your bottom too, and release. Do five of these, three or four times a week to firm up thighs.”
